Brian Gramer is a seasoned executive and the founder/CEO of the former Vtrenz, Inc. in Fargo, North Dakota. Brian has significant experience in property acquisitions, commercial mortgage lending, marketing, sales, growing a company, sourcing investment opportunities and banking relationships.

Eric Hamburg is a seasoned executive and founder of Industrial Renaissance, a real estate developer and leveraged buyout business (aka Private Equity) in business since 1996. Eric has significant experience in business acquisitions, turnarounds, property acquisitions, real estate development, construction, property management, deal structuring, and financings. Eric is a master finished carpenter, licensed building contractor, licensed demolition contractor, and licensed asbestos abatement contractor.
